How do I place an order?
Our online check out process is not currently available. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Focus Gymnastics Wear is a brand new store still trying to iron out the creases!
To place an order please browse our items on the website and send us an email with your item request to focusgymnastics@yahoo.com
We will send you an invoice with the payment details and complete your purchase for you.

Payment and Shipping
Payment details include;
Cash on collection
Direct bank transfer
PayPal.
Items are dispatched the same day as received payment or the next working day if payment is cleared after 5pm.
Postage options include:
Within 3 days: ParcelPost $4.00 or ParcelPost Tracked $5.50
Next working day: Courier $7.00 or Courier + signature $10
Please advise of your postage prefernces upon purchasing your item. Default sending option will be ParcelPost $4

Returns & refunds
For items that are the wrong size please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
Items must be returned to us unworn with labels etc still attached. You, the customer are responsible for paying the return postage cost. We recommend you use tracked delivery as we will not take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Upon receipt of the unused item the full cost of your purchase (excluding postage costs) will be refunded back to you.
